Employees of the GDIP purchased an electronic warfare system for a colleague on the frontline

Yurii Shpytko, employee of the Avtotsentr Directorate, joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 17 April 2024 and trained as a miner. However, an enemy quadcopter dropped an explosive device during combat missions in the Pokrovsk direction, injuring him.

At Yurii’s request, colleagues from the Directorate-General raised 300,000 hryvnias of their own funds. The money went toward purchasing an eight-band vehicle-mounted electronic warfare system to enhance safety and the effectiveness of combat missions in Yurii’s unit.

The GDIP team stands with Yurii Shpytko and his brigade and wishes him a swift recovery and safety.
