The enterprise’s central management body coordinates and ensures various aspects of its activities. The senior leadership of the Directorate works here, making critical strategic decisions to maintain diplomatic relations and provide services to foreign missions in Ukraine. The Centralised Accounting Department assists with financial document processing, maintains and monitors financial transactions, and facilitates the opening and management of bank accounts. The Occupational Safety Department ensures the safety and health of employees by adhering to labour safety standards and organising necessary measures to prevent workplace risks.
