your family to attend the Charity Fair 2024 on Saturday, 30 November 2024.
The event is co-organized by the representatives of the Ukrainian Diplomatic Spouses Association, the Ambassadors’ Spouses Club of Kyiv, and the International Women Club of Kyiv, with the support of the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy at the MFA of Ukraine, and the Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Charity Fair, which is to take place at the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, Kyiv (2 Velyka Zhytomyrska St). The Opening Event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by the Charity Fair per se from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which is open to all representatives of the Ukraine diplomatic community and the guests.
Mission representatives participating in the event will have the opportunity to demonstrate their national cultures and traditions and sell souvenirs and dishes of their national cuisines to contribute to our united charitable fundraising efforts. We warmly invite you to join this noble initiative by setting up a stand with your mission team and presenting items from your country for sale at the Fair.
The event programme will also feature workshops and performances by artistic ensembles or individual artists, to name a few. The funds raised during the event will be directed towards joint charitable projects of the Ukrainian Diplomatic Spouses Association, the Ambassadors’ Spouses Club of Kyiv, and the International Women Club of Kyiv, aimed at supporting reputable NGO initiatives.
