Medovyi Spas produces alcoholic beverages under the Cikera brand — drinks made from natural honey through natural fermentation, without added alcohol or sugar, with the addition of freshly pressed berry and fruit juices. These beverages are the result of a precisely refined recipe and the highest-quality raw ingredients. They combine a harmonious floral aroma, a refined fruity taste, and a rich texture. Cikera is an important part of Ukraine’s cultural heritage, and its production on our territory dates back over eight centuries. Today, this is one of the first industrial-scale meaderies in Ukraine, and its products meet international standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000 certifications.

An experienced sommelier will guide you through all stages of production, explain the particular features and subtleties of mead-making, and then invite you to the barrel hall and the unique medusha, where the beverages mature under special conditions. At the end of the event, you will taste eight varieties of cikera, accompanied by a selection of Ukrainian craft cheeses and a signature delicacy — snails — creating an exquisite gastronomic pairing with the honey wines.
