The State Enterprise ‘Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions’, invites you to the presentation of the Ukrainian edition of the play An Appointed Meeting (La Cita) by Ricardo López Aranda, renowned Spanish playwright, screenwriter, poet, and novelist. The event will take place on 7 February 2025 at 11:00 am in the GDIP Media Center at 6-A Pyrohova St, Kyiv. The event will be held in a hybrid online and offline mode.
The event will bring together:
- Ricardo LÓPEZ-ARANDA JAGU, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Spain to Ukraine;
- Serhii BORSHCHEVSKYI, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Vice President of the Ukrainian Association of Foreign Literature Lecturers;
- Hanna SHERMAN, theatre expert and editor-in-chief of Ukrainian Theatre magazine;
- Stanislav LAZEBNYK, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine;
- Olena O’LEAR, poet, translator, literary scholar;
- Serhii DZIUBA, screenwriter, member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine, second sergeant of the 5th Independent Assault Kyiv Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- Anabell RAMIRES, co-founder of the Compass publishing house, head of programmes for Cooperation with Asian, African, and Latin American countries at the Ukrainian Institute.
The working language: Ukrainian, with simultaneous interpretation into English.
