On Saturday, 25 October 2025, the team of the GDIP Media Center organised an art workshop titled Painting and Wine for members of the foreign diplomatic corps.
The event took place at the Isaeva Gallery studio of intuitive creativity and brought together representatives of the embassies of Pakistan and Romania, as well as staff members of the United Nations in Ukraine, the International Organization for Migration in Ukraine, and the EU Advisory Mission for Civil Security Sector Reform in Ukraine.
An experienced artist guided the guests through the creative process, helping them immerse themselves in the world of art and discover their own creative potential. During the workshop, diplomats learned the basics of colour theory, shading principles, and paint-mixing techniques. The instructor offered individual guidance to each participant, helping them choose their palette and express their unique artistic vision.
The warm and relaxed atmosphere inspired creativity and opened new horizons for diplomatic communication. The event was complemented by fine treats and glasses of rosé wine, which made the artistic process even more enjoyable. The unique location in the heart of Kyiv, offering a beautiful view of Saint Sophia Cathedral — one of the city’s main shrines — added to the participants’ creative enthusiasm. The setting radiated spiritual energy, fostered harmony, and encouraged artistic expression.
The Painting and Wine workshop became not only a wonderful opportunity for artistic self-expression but also a chance for informal dialogue and the exchange of ideas among participants in an environment filled with warmth and creativity.
