A bento cake is a modern and trendy pastry presented in a compact box. It embodies elegance, aesthetics, and individuality. In the world of culinary art, such a dessert is regarded as an edible compliment, carrying the creator’s personal meaning, feelings, and creative inspiration.
Guided by an experienced pastry chef, participants will step-by-step create their own dessert in a relaxed, friendly setting, choosing their preferred filling in advance. There will be three rich flavour options to choose from: Snickers, cherry–chocolate, and vanilla–raspberry.
A special feature of the workshop is the usage of professional pastry techniques. The cake layers will be prepared in advance, and participants will assemble their cakes themselves, following the approach used by professional pastry chefs.
During the workshop, participants will learn to work with pastry cream, apply it evenly, and shape the cake’s surface.
The most creative part of the event — the decorating process — will allow everyone to add interesting inscriptions or make custom drawings and fully explore their imagination.
Participants will receive all the necessary ingredients, materials, and tools for the task. The pastry chef will be happy to assist participants at every stage, while encouraging them to bring their own ideas to life.
This compact and ready-to-eat product can be taken home straight away to be savoured personally or gifted to someone special as a thoughtful gesture.
