To mark the 33rd anniversary of the Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha and Founder of the Ukrainian Diplomatic Spouses Association, Head of the Centre for Public Diplomacy at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine Tetiana Sybiha visited the head office of the GDIP.
The Minister awarded Pavlo Kryvonos, Director General of the GDIP, with the medal ‘For Supporting Ukraine’s Diplomatic Effort’ and underlined the enterprise’s significant contribution to the activities of foreign diplomatic missions in Ukraine, in particular under martial law.
‘The GDIP plays an extremely important role in creating a safe and effective environment for diplomatic missions despite the difficult working conditions in times of war. On behalf of all diplomats, I would like to thank you for your support of the diplomatic service and for opening Ukraine to foreign representatives,’
Andrii Sybiha said.
Tetiana Sybiha joined the congratulations on the occasion of the organisation’s longstanding statecraft and presented Pavlo Kryvonos with a Certificate of appreciation for active cooperation and joint implementation of public diplomacy activities from the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine.
