On Monday, 14 September 2026, the State Enterprise ‘Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions’ (GDIP) hosted a meeting at its head office with Norbert Eichler, head of administration at the German Embassy in Ukraine, and Iryna Stelmakh, a member of the Embassy’s administrative staff. GDIP was represented by Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos, his deputy Artem Romaniuk, and Ivan Vasylets, adviser on social and political affairs.
During the meeting, Pavlo Kryvonos informed the guests about GDIP’s activities, the functions of its various directorates, and the history of its cooperation with the German Embassy in Ukraine. The two sides discussed areas for further cooperation, the Embassy’s current needs, and opportunities to implement joint initiatives. The director-general also announced GDIP’s forthcoming events — a minifootball tournament, the Sixth International Diplomatic Forum in Ostroh, and the presentation of the scientific yearbook Diplomatic Ukraine — and invited the guests to take part.
Norbert Eichler, in turn, highlighted the long history of productive cooperation with GDIP and outlined prospects for further collaboration.
At the close of the meeting, Pavlo Kryvonos presented the Embassy representatives with commemorative gifts and gave them a tour of GDIP’s head office.
