On Tuesday, 29 April 2025, to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions, the Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos and the company’s administration, accompanied by foreign diplomats, including Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan (Seymur Mardaliyev), Indonesia (Arief Muhammad Basalamah), Mexico (Audencio Contreras Gonzalez), and Tajikistan (Davlatali Nazrizoda), and representatives of the Embassies of Brazil, Palestine, and the United Kingdom, visited the Dobropark Arboretum — a floristic paradise outside Kyiv.
On the occasion of the GDIP’s 33rd anniversary, its employees received awards from the state, capital, and district authorities, the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce of Industry, and the Labour Union of Employees of Governmental Institutions of Kyiv, as well as honorary employee awards from the GDIP Director-General. In addition, across the structural subdivisions, employees received letters of appreciation and honorary certificates from the GDIP Director-General.
In accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Yurii Pylypenko, a leading specialist for labour organisation of the technical development service, received the Certificate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for merits to the Ukrainian people, significant personal career achievements, flawless work, and diligent performance of official duties.
In light of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the GDIP, Certificates of the State Management of Affairs of the President of Ukraine for significant work achievements, flawless performance of official duties, and high professionalism, were awarded to Liudmyla Kalashnyk, a second-category worker of the integrated cleaning and maintenance of the buildings and the adjacent territories of the Household Service Department of the Dypservis Directorate; Yurii Matsarskyi, an administrator of the Department of Household Service Department of the Dypservis Directorate; and Liudmyla Hyrych, a leading design engineer of the Department of Capital Construction and Engineer Training of the Rembudekspluatatsiia Directorate.
Letters of Appreciation from the State Management of Affairs of the President of Ukraine were awarded to Iryna Velkina, a second-category housekeeper of the Accommodation Department of the Dypservis Directorate; Liudmyla Batechko, Deputy Head of the Organisational Department of the Media Center Directorate; Tetiana Zavoloko, a first-category computer graphics and design specialist of the Media Center Directorate; Hanna Polishchuk, a leading economist for land management of the Department of Capital Construction and Engineering Training of the Rembudekspluatatsiia Directorate; and Alona Vynohradova, Head of the Financial Department of the Inpredkadry Directorate.
Letters of Appreciation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were awarded to Volodymyr Matiushko, a first-category engineer of the convoy of the Avtotsentr Directorate, and Volodymyr Yushchenko, a first-category driver of the convoy vehicle of the Avtotsentr Directorate.
A Letter of Appreciation from the Mayor of Kyiv was awarded to Romana Kasiianchuk, Head of the Advertising and Publishing Department of the Media Center Directorate.
Letters of Appreciation from the Shevchenkivskyi District State Administration were awarded to Oleh Bodeko, Head of the Commercial Department of the Dypservis Directorate, and Anna Shtefan, a literary editor of the Advertising and Publishing Department of the Media Center Directorate. Deputy Head of the Administration Hanna Ostrovska personally delivered these awards.
Letters of Appreciation from the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce of Industry were awarded to Anna Fialkovska, a computer graphics and design specialist of the Advertising and Publishing Department of the Media Center Directorate, and Hanna Kaidalova, a leading specialist for public procurement of the Public Procurement Department of the Managing Directorate.
Thanks to their personal contributions to servicing foreign missions, exemplary performance of official duties, and high professional skills and in light of the 33rd anniversary of the establishment of the State Enterprise ‘Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions’, the title of Honorary Employee of the GDIP was awarded to Oksana Timonova, Head of the Department for Culture and Tourism of the Media Center Directorate; Leonid Zhadan, a sixth-category mosaic designer of the Emergency Dispatch Service for the operation and maintenance of real property and engineering networks of the Rembudekspluatatsiia Directorate; Volodymyr Drozdov, a first-category driver of the convoy vehicle of the Avtotsentr Directorate; and Valentyna Tkachuk, a senior human resources inspector of the Department for Staff Support of Foreign Missions of the Inpredkadry Directorate.
Valentyna Mykhailova, Head of the GDIP Primary Trade Union Organisation and Deputy Head of the Inpredkadry Directorate, awarded the Certificates of the Labour Union of Employees of Governmental Institutions of Kyiv to Oleksandr Nudzhenko, Head of the Department of Hotel Management of the Dypservis Directorate; Mykhailo Kravchuk, a second-category driver of the convoy vehicle of the Avtotsentr Directorate; Ruslan Shtyfurak, a third-category driver of the convoy vehicle of the Avtotsentr Directorate; Maryna Boholii, a first-category leisure organisation specialist of the Department for Culture and Tourism of the Media Center Directorate; and Viktor Derkach, a first-category driver of the convoy vehicle of the Avtotsentr Directorate.
The awarding ceremony was followed by a guided tour of Dobropark, a landscape park project belonging to the Dobrutskyi family. The park features over a million tulips, a lavender lawn, a valley of boxwood, a petunia garden, and liatris fields. Enterpreneur and public figure Ihor Dobrutskyi, who is the owner and visionary of this floristic oasis, happily welcomed the guests and gave them a tour of the park, telling them its history and talking about the seedlings brought from the globally renowned gardens of Belgium, England, France, the Netherlands, the prospects for the arboretum’s growth, the harm caused by the russian occupation, and the rebirth of the arboretum following the territory’s liberation.
Dobropark is once again open for visitors, ready to surround them with exquisite plants and inspire them with its beauty.
