On Thursday, 4 December 2025, the headquarters of the State Enterprise ‘Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions’ hosted the meeting of GDIP Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Antonio Gazzanti Pugliese di Cotrone.

The meeting involved Andrii Khanas, Ambassador’s Adviser, and Sofiia Myhal, Ambassador’s Assistant, on the Embassy’s side, and Ivan Vasylets, Adviser to the Director-General on Social and Political Issues, and Inna Havinska, Deputy Head of the Advertising and Publishing Department of the Media Center Directorate, representing the GDIP.

During the meeting, Pavlo Kryvonos thanked the Ambassador for his recent speech at the presentation of the 26th Issue of the Diplomatic Ukraine scientific yearbook and spoke in more detail about this year’s branded printed products, specifically the diplomatic corps daybook and the Square Kilometres of Life calendar project.

In his turn, Mr Gazzanti Pugliese di Cotrone spoke about his organization’s future initiatives in the humanitarian sphere, thanked the Director-General of the GDIP for the long-standing cooperation and expressed his hope for its fruitful continuation. The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the coming year 2026. The Ambassador presented letters of appreciation to the GDIP Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos and Head of the Media Centre Directorate Inna Khomenska for their personal contribution and active support of the activities of the Embassy of the Sovereign Order of Malta in Ukraine and for embodying the Order’s motto ‘Defence of the faith and assistance to the poor’ by their own example.

At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged commemorative gifts. Pavlo Kryvonos presented the guest of honour with brand products from the GDIP.
