On 24 November 2025, the main office of the State Enterprise ‘Directorate-General for Rendering Services to Diplomatic Missions’ hosted a meeting between Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos and representatives of the GDIP with Head of the European Public Law Organisation (EPLO) Office in Ukraine Yurii Voloshyn.
The meeting aimed to familiarise the guests with the work of the Directorate-General and to discuss practical aspects of cooperation.
Pavlo Kryvonos outlined the history, structure, subordination, and main areas of activity of the SE GDIP, as well as the projects that the enterprise carries out or supports. As Head of the EPLO Office in Ukraine, Yurii Voloshyn spoke about his work and mission — to advance knowledge in the field of public law and to promote European values through public law. He noted that he chose GDIP for his first official visit following his accreditation. Mr Voloshyn also shared information about the organisation itself, which established its headquarters in Athens, Greece, in 2004. The EPLO Office in Ukraine works to provide technical legal assistance to public authorities; offer consultations and expert reviews of legislation and policies; implement educational programmes; support civil society through cooperation mechanisms; and help build the legal infrastructure necessary for Ukraine’s European integration.
This meeting opens the way to productive cooperation between the institutions, as the GDIP continues to ensure proper conditions for the work of diplomatic missions in Ukraine.
