On 5 November 2024, the newly appointed Ambassador of Albania to Ukraine Mr Ernal Filo met with the GDIP Director-General Pavlo Kryvonos and the staff of the Directorate-General.
The meeting focused on signing a series of agreements that will contribute to the Embassy’s sustainable and prosperous functioning. Albania’s decision to open a diplomatic mission in Kyiv this year is a historic step for developing bilateral Ukrainian-Albanian relations.
In this context, signing a lease agreement for the premises where the Embassy will operate and related contracts is significant. The GDIP will also make every effort to ensure proper conditions for foreign diplomats in Ukraine.
